Being A Winner - Viewed 470 Times

Being a Winner

I may not have run to win,
Or played a sport at all;
But winning is so much more
For a survivor who might fall.

It is easy to return to old times
And get yourself in a rut;
But a survivor will remember
Moving on is not just a.. but.

Excuses are just that
Because we fall prey to relapsing,
But a survivor will get back up
Remembering their blessing.

So Survivor, lets be more than that
For we have won real success;
We have won our real battle
Striving for total progress.
