So many names so many hearts
So many whom I’ve known
I’m thankful now that with you near
I’ve never been alone
You’ve touched me with your gentle ways
Your strength and energy
Discovering a true respect
And too pure ecstasy
We’ve shared at times a dream or two
A smile and a tear
And never will my thoughts of you
Forever disappear
You are true friends and family
The sun as it does rise
The endless joy that touches me
Beneath the morning skies
You are the stars within the night
That sparkle and endure
The tenderness that soothes my soul
As time does life ensure
So many wondrous lovely things
To you can be compared
But most importantly of all
The days that we have shared
My mentors and my guardians
So much from you I’ve learned
Yet every day because of you
My moments new are earned
So now with gratitude I share
These feelings from my heart
Because of everyone of you
My days all better start
