Accepting every challenge
Energized to live
Sometimes it’s most important that
We first ourselves forgive
When everyday like yesterday
Does take from who we are
It’s time to find alternatives
And seek a different star
When life becomes pure drudgery
And hours longer grow
Perhaps we should prioritize
How fast should be our slow
Then looking on each goal preset
We’ll find a better one
And we will feel that energy
That greets us with the sun
So listen to that heartbeat
The one you’ve never heard
And choose something ridiculous
That makes each day absurd
And never let necessity
Become the only choice
For happiness is evident
When laughter’s in our voice
And take a deep breath everyday
To feel the spirits gift
For only life with confidence
Will help our days uplift
Its then that things remarkable
Will happen constantly
Ending those frustrations felt
Through thought creatively
