Every father and his son
Each mother daughter too
All sing your praises Hunter Pence
And say good bye to you
We think of you as family
As brother cousin son
And recognize your energy
For us was new begun
You gave to us beyond yourself
Your dream was to succeed
Committed to the goals you set
You planted each new seed
Not resting on your laurels
You strove to stronger be
And so much better are we all
This was your destiny
God speed good luck young Hunter Pence
Success you will achieve
H town was better with you here
But now we all must grieve
For with you goes our consequence
Our hopes and too our dreams
And as you to a champion go
We’re left behind it seems
Hip Hip Hooray dear Hunter Pence
You’ve been our guiding light
But do remember as you go
